We can also utilise the operational benefits of working together - it's truly a win-win! 

 

So, why partner with Codevelo?

When it comes to staff training, there are several moving parts. To meet your regulatory requirements, it's key that you are confident you have up-to-date records of staff training and that you're able to ensure those certifications remain active and don't lapse. Staff training and development is a vital part of any organisation working with children or adults to ensure that staff have all of the tools they need to support those in their care appropriately with care, compassion and understanding. 

We can help you with all of this, all while centralising costs and doing our bit to pass on cost savings to you!

 

Training Partnerships

So, what do I need to know?

It's simple really. We will work with you to provide an annual training plan for all of the packages you wish for us to deliver to your staff. 

We organise a number of training opportunities throughout the year to cover all staff needing training, including refresher sessions to ensure training remains active and up to date!

We charge you one annual fee, and by developing a training partnership in advance, we can offer you considerable cost savings by booking in advance. 

  1. We'll discuss your training needs, what kind of training you'll need in the next year and how many staff would require training.

  2. We will design a bespoke partner plan that provides training courses, refresher training and training admin support. Ensuring staff (including new starters) are trained, certifications remain active and records are up to date. 

  3. You'll be given a quote for your annual training plan. By booking in advance, we will be able to offer you considerable cost savings. The costs we charge will quote a number of staff training credits. If you don't end up using them in the year, we can roll a % of them over to the following year's agreement.

  4. Finally, we'll agree on the final details and issue our agreements, including our annual payment plan. Payments are usually split across two 6 monthly payments or 4 quarterly payments. We'll confirm the dates of training courses and get going! 

Considerable cost savings

We can offer you a discounted price when you book course dates in advance for staff across your organisation. We also offer scalable pricing, meaning if you include more than one package in your training plan, we'll discount that too!

 

Less pressure to cover staff for training

When we create your training plan, we will provide multiple training opportunities throughout the year. This relieves the pressure of having to release significant quantities of staff at one time to attend training. Instead, you could send 2/3 staff members to each course, still resulting in all staff being trained at the end of the year. 

 

A backup copy of your training records

During any training partnership, we will keep digital records of all the training completed by your organisation, meaning we can support you in maintaining records and certificates, remind you of any certifications due to expire and provide you with the information you need when you need it! By ensuring you remain within 'active certification' you will also save money not having to complete entire training courses again, so our reminders of expiring certifications give you even more chances to save money!

Things change, we get that. If you need to add more training credits for staff across your organisation, let us know as soon as you can and we will work with you to adjust our training plan to accommodate the extra staff. We'll give you a quote on what this will cost to agree before we make any changes to your training partnership. 

As we come towards the end of your annual training plan, we'll let you know where you're at in terms of used/unused training credits. If you have a number of credits left, you can roll over 50% of any remaining credits to your next year's agreement. 

For example, if you have 10 training credits left at the end of the year, we can either look at running additional training opportunities OR you can roll over 5 credits from the following years agreement. When creating the next years agreement, we will deduct the cost of any rolled-over training credits. 

*note: rolling over training credits can only be applied to an active incoming training partnership.
